My friend and I ordered the Pork Gyoza and Takoyaki appetizers and Ichiran ramen and Spicy Miso ramen respectively. Ramen portions and flavor was fantastic, noodles had a nice chew to them and toppings were fairly generous although I will say the broth was just a bit salty even for me. The Takoyaki was a nice size and flavorful, the gyoza was also a nice size and the spicy dipping sauce for it was spot on. I also bought a shirt which has their logo “The Yugiri Ramen Project” on the front in orange and “Established Covid-19” on the back. Would definitely come back again to try their other ramens if I’m in the area! #sendnoods

The ramen was amazing. Good and fast service. Although it should be said I went to this place during the slow hours, on a weekday. The place it's located in has a nice vibe too

Having tried other ramen places in the greater Orlando area, including some that tend to be regarded among the “best in Orlando,” I happily will pick a bowl of ramen from Yugiri Ramen Project above the others, any time. I’ve tried dine-in and to go, busy hours and off-times, different ramen types, and the karaage, and everything has always been delicious. The rich pork bone broth, thick chashu (pork) slices, ajitama (boiled egg), and chewy noodles are perfectly cooked and flavorful, each contributing unique flavor while also coming together well. The boiled egg is particularly fantastic here. I love the miso, tonkotsu, and Kumamoto ramen dishes best, personally. I am always happy with the portion sizes. The bowls, chopsticks, and ramen spoons are also good quality that enhances the experience, especially for a food hall place that has to worry about customers throwing out rather than returning trays & bowls. It’s easy to order from the touchscreen tablet, and prices are equivalent to other ramen places nearby. While an introvert can happily get away with ordering & acquiring their ramen with little more than a nod of acknowledgment from the team, they’re also very friendly and happy to answer questions or provide suggestions. Even if there’s been a long line of orders ahead of you, food has always come out for us without a long wait, at a perfect temperature. The convenient location inside Henry’s Depot means everyone in your party can order from different food stands if they want and then inevitably look at your ramen jealously & longingly, wishing they had some of their own, too.

Yugiri Project Ramen is an excellent place to enjoy a take on Ramen. I tried the Ichiran Ramen and Gyoza. Delicious. The citrus drink was a good match to the palate. Must Try.

Don't let the depot interior fool you: this is the best ramen you will find in Central Florida. What it lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in both incredible value and quality. Each bowl always includes a good berth of ingredients plus plenty of meat and a whole egg - both things which I've found other places tend to skimp out on while charging just as much, or more. The broths are full and hearty, and the service is timely. Don't ignore the side dishes on offer either: they feel like they're given just as much care as the ramen. This place deserves so much more than just it's little spot at the depot, and will leave you thinking of your meal all day long.

I have been craving for good ramen and okonomiyaki, as they are part of my culture and finally found this shop. Honestly, they were delicious! The rich and flavorful broth, noodles were perfectly cooked, combination of flavors in the ramen soup was simply divine. And I have to say... the okonomiyaki and Korokke were the best I ever had in Florida. Especially Okonomiyaki... after so many disappointment at several Japanese restaurants in Florida, I finally had the one that tastes and cooks perfectly right. Too bad I could not try onigiri, but definitely next time for sure when I come back!

Authentic, amazing food. We had the Spicy Miso Ramen. SO good. The pork belly was tender and delicious. I’d rate this place along side any high end Ramen restaurant. Well done! We’ll be back!!!

Ramen has long been a survival mainstay of college students for years, but Yugiri Ramen is not your son’s or daughter’s ramen. This is ramen done right, but on an adult’s budget. Yugiri is located in Henry’s Depot, a food hall in Sanford FL. Open since November 2022, Yugiri is a nice complement—and alternative—to the pizza, BBQ, fish, and other items sharing kitchen space. Order at the handy kiosks, and find a seat. They’ll text when your order is ready. We went with the Vegan Spicy Miso Ramen with tofu, although the standard version comes with seared pork belly and Soft Boiled Egg. It packs a spicy punch, good enough to get the sinuses activated. Other menu items range from familiar apps like edamame, dumplings, chicken nuggets, and something I want to try next time, the Addictive Cabbage. Entrees include a variety of ramen bowls, as well as Japanese Stuffed Vegetable Pancake. Vegan options are available on two of the ramens. Like most food halls, tenants come and tenants go. A couple of our favorites have found the exit. We hope that Yugiri is here for a long time, because their ramen is a fantastic step up from university days.
